Pfizer vaccine available for 12 and older

All Floridians age 18 and older are eligible for the vaccine. Those age 12 and older are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. Currently, the Santa Rosa County Department of Health is only administering the Moderna vaccine which is only available for those age 18 and older.

Ascension Sacred Heart may have the Pfizer vaccine available at times. Find more information for Ascension Sacred Heart here.

The Santa Rosa County Department of Health will be administering Moderna COVID vaccinations (first and second doses) at the county's vaccination station, 6209 Hwy. 90 in Milton (former Bealls) for residents 18 and older as follows:

  • Closed Mondays
  • Tues. - Fri. each week until further notice
    Walk-ins and appointments available 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays each week until further notice
    Walk-ins from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Individuals who have received their first dose of the Moderna vaccine may (after 28 days) utilize the walk-in clinic to receive their second dose. Residents may make an appointment online or by calling ShareCare toll-free at 866-201-7110. The TTY number for the deaf and hard of hearing is 833-476-1035.
