Do you have fresh ideas for the City of Milton? Apply to become an active member of the City of Milton Youth Council! The City of Milton Youth Council is designed to allow the youth of Milton to make recommendations to City Council on issues particular to the interest of the youth as well as advocate for specific development projects on behalf of local youth. NO GPA REQUIREMENT. MUST LIVE WITHIN CITY LIMITS. ALL 8th-12th GRADERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. Application due by September 30, 2019

Youth Council Application Process and Point of Contact:

You may apply to the City of Milton Youth Council online: https://forms.gle/Ev41PuWzHVEF3jic9. All applications are due by September 30, 2019. For your application to be considered complete, in addition to the form, one letter of recommendation from a community leader or faculty/staff member and your unofficial transcript must be emailed to Assistant Planner, Amanda Rice arice@miltonfl.org by September 30, 2019.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ms. Rice via email or call 850-686-6477.

Meeting times are tentatively set for 4:00pm. 

Monday, September 30th - Youth Council Application Deadline

Monday, October 7th- Youth Council at City Council Meeting

Thursday, October 24th – Youth Council Meeting

Thursday, November 21st – Youth Council Meeting

Thursday, December 12th – Youth Council Meeting
